What is the KICK 4 Minute Round?
The KICK 4 Minute Round Workout is a unique training concept made up of 3 minutes of exercise and 1 minute of stretch. "Anyone can train a KICK 4 minute round everyday...". The concept originated from the clock used in Thai-boxing and boxing gyms around the world that would buzz to start a round and then buzz again after 3 minutes, indicating 1 minute of rest, stretch and re-hydrate - "working to the bell."

We deliver a library of 4 minute rounds, fusing Far Eastern philosophies such as the art of Muay Thai boxing and Yoga and Meditation with Western training techniques such as HIIT, circuit and weight training.
